<21:59 EEST> Talvisuru is starting to fade off. It's time for Kevätolo :)

I've started to recover from the nasty skin condition, and I've been prescribed rather heavy medication. A week into the treatment, I'm seeing great improvements, but the medication has unfortunate side effects including weary eyes. It's hard to read anything besides short articles. Hopefully I don't have to continue for more than the two-week minimum.

Since I can't focus on reading, I've decided to record yet another song. It's originally a short ambient riff that I've found inside my head many years ago, and I've considered it too simple and naïve for any serious work. Talvisuru probably came out of this tune working in my subconscious, but because of this publication order I'll have to refer to Kevätolo as Talvisuru's benevolent twin. In fact the central chord structures, I-v in this one and i-IV in Talvisuru, mirror each other in several ways.

There's a lot I could tell about this new song. I feel my music is getting closer to the genres I love to listen to, namely ambient, Krautrock and prog-rock. But only you can judge for yourselves if I've accomplished anything.
