<19:53 EEST> The pikkujoulu season got kickstarted last week with two subsequent nights. Thursday's independence ball for students was followed by teachers' pikkujoulu on Friday. Both nights I spent considerable time in my two favourite spots, on the dance floor and behind the keyboard. The teachers' band was back in action, and we even ended up playing with Eric Ray, an Elvis impersonator from California.

At the moment I am struggling to stay awake in the mid-winter SADness, with exams and related papers to write. Perhaps this entry will kickstart the writing, perhaps not; in any case my plans for yet another pikkujoulu tomorrow are starting to dwindle.
